OCIA Requirements – What Students Must Submit

1. Candidate Commitment → deadline: September 11, 2025

2. Saint Report     → deadline: December 04, 2025

3. Sponsor Affidavit     → deadline: January 08, 2026

Must be submitted with the requested certificates (originals or copies).

4. Rite of Election     → deadline: Check Calendar for updated date

5. Rites of Scrutiny x 3     → deadline: Check Calendar for updated dates
