1. Candidate Commitment → deadline: September 17, 2026

2. Saint Report     → deadline: December 03, 2026 → Download the Form

3. Sponsor Affidavit     → deadline: January 07, 2027 → Download the Form

Must be submitted with the requested certificates (originals or copies).

4. Rite of Election     → deadline: Check Calendar for updated date

5. Rites of Scrutiny x 3     → deadline: Check Calendar for updated dates

6. Community Service for OCIC     → deadline: February 11, 2027      →  Download the Form
